Hope and lightness require vigilance and habit. During our time together, all attendees experienced their first hot air balloon experience together, enjoyed gourmet plant-based meals, relaxed poolside amidst some beautiful sunsets, and gave ourselves permission to listen to our bodies and give it what it needed: rest, community, or a combination of both.
