Join us this fall for an immersive culinary experience in sunny San Diego, California. Learn plant-based cooking from self-taught chef, Irene Radley, and discover new ways to to eat healthy and yummy!

Friday, October 23rd, is a special day: we will take a tour of 3 different kinds of markets to look at available ingredients, shop with Irene for ingredients for the dishes at the retreat, and learn how to do mise en place (preparation) of ingredients for use in the recipes. BONUS: non-alcoholic beverages tasting!

Fees for all lessons and meals/non-alcoholic drinks:
